Little Gorges is perched on the edge of the Batoka Gorge next to main Gorges. This tented extension of Gorges overlooks the dramatic junction of the Dibu Dibu River and the Zambezi.
Victoria Falls or Mosi-oa-Tunya (the smoke that thunders) in the local Kololo language is aptly described as one of the seven natural wonders of the world and a must see for any visitor to southern Africa. The falls were discovered by Dr David Livingstone who first saw Victoria Falls in 1855 and named it so after the queen of England.
Victoria Falls is located on the mighty Zambezi River the falls are 1.7km wide and 108 metres high and has an annual average flow of one million litres per second.

Accommodation
Gorges Lodge – The main lodge is built on a raised deck of indigenous hardwood and has a lounge, dining room and bar that all offer extraordinary views over the gorge into Zambia. Accommodation is in one of 10 stone under thatch chalets. Four of the chalets are double storey and the other six are single storey, all with private verandas that provide stunning views. Each chalet is set in a beautiful landscaped garden and has an en suite bathrooms with shower, mini bar, overhead fans and tea and coffee making facilities.
Little Gorges – The main lodge is stone under thatch with dining room, seating area and bar, all with views over the spectacular Dibu Dibu Gorge. Stay in one of five luxury tents set on wooden decks cut back into the rocky terrain. Each of the tents has an en suite bathroom with shower, mini bar, overhead fans and tea and coffee making facilities.
